T is for Tame Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the T is for Tame Lil’ Lux Rewards Program (the “Program”). By enrolling or participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age.

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of T is for Tame may not be eligible.

  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

2. Enrollment

  • No purchase necessary to enroll.

  • Customers must create an account at tisfortame.com to participate.

  • Enrollment requires providing accurate contact information (e.g., name, email).

3. Earning Rewards Points

  • Points are earned on eligible purchases made directly at tisfortame.com.

  • Unless otherwise stated, members earn [1] point per $1 spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).

  • Points may also be earned via promotional activities such as reviews, or social engagement.

  • Points will not be earned on gift card purchases, returns, or chargebacks.

4. Redeeming Points

  • Points may be redeemed for discounts, free products, or other rewards as specified on the Program page.

  • Conversion rate: [Example, e.g., 500 points = $5 reward].

  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Rewards may not be combined with certain promotions unless stated.

5. Expiration & Forfeiture

  • Points expire [12 months] after the date they are earned unless otherwise noted.

  • If a member’s account is inactive for [12 months], all accumulated points will be forfeited.

  • Termination of membership results in forfeiture of unused points.

6. Returns & Adjustments

  • If a purchase is returned, refunded, or canceled, the associated points will be deducted.

  • Fraudulent or abusive earning behavior may result in loss of points or termination from the Program.

7. Program Modifications & Termination

  • T is for Tame reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be posted at tisfortame.com/pages/rewards.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • T is for Tame is not responsible for system errors, lost or stolen points, or unauthorized account use.

  • Rewards are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
