We hope you and your little one love your T is for Tame products. If a product from your first order isn’t the right fit, email feedback@tisfortame.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what didn’t work. We’ll refund the price of that product to your original payment method. There’s no need to send it back.

This satisfaction guarantee is available once per customer or household. It applies to products purchased directly from our website. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, when possible, a photo so we can make it right. We may offer a replacement or refund; you won’t need to return the product. For purchases from Amazon or another retailer, please request a refund through the store where you placed your order. We review requests for duplicate or fraudulent claims.
